5 Simple Ingredients for the Healthiest Anti-Inflammatory Cookie


Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas mashed

  • 6 tablespoons nut butter of choice

  • 1 cup flax seed meal

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • sprinkle cinnamon- optional

  • handful of chocolate chips- optional but I use lily's chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Add all ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix together.

  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

  4. Form small balls with the batter and place on cookie sheet.

  5. Flatten down each ball with a back of a spoon.

  6. Bake in oven at 350 for 22 minutes. Enjoy
