High Protein Chocolate Mousse



Ingredient:

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • 3/4 cups chocolate chips- use lily's for no added sugar

  • 6 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Fresh fruit for topping


Directions:

  1. Add cottage cheese and vanilla extract into a high power blender until blend until creamy

  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave and add to the cottage cheese

  3. Mix well and and in the cocao powder

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

  5. Top with fruit and enjoy.
