Peaches & Greens Protein Smoothie


Looking for a refreshing summer protein smoothie that packs in protein, veggies, fruit and tastes amazing? Look no further. This simple smoothie requires no protein powders and serves as a great breakfast or snack that will keep you energized and feeling good!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices

  • 1/2 cup sliced frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • One 5.3-oz. container Oikos Pro Vanilla Greek Yogurt (contains 20grams of protein)

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice or 3 - 4 ice cubes


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend at high speed until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
